Cancellation Policies – SÜNDAZE

At SÜNDAZE, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we aim to offer a flexible and fair cancellation policy for everyone.

1. Cancellations in advance

• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you can:

  • Receive a full refund, or

  • Reschedule your experience for another available date at no extra cost.

2. Last-minute cancellations

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Rescheduling will not be available, as your spot and materials were already prepared.

3. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule one time for free if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Additional rescheduling requests will depend on availability and may incur a small fee.

4. Cancellations by SÜNDAZE

• In case of bad weather, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule the activity, or

  • Offer you a credit valid for 3 months to book another experience.
