Terms and Conditions – SÜNDAZE

1. General Information

SÜNDAZE is a creative space located in La Punta Zicatela, Puerto Escondido, offering artistic workshops, personalized experiences, and unforgettable moments. By participating in any of our activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

• To secure your spot in a workshop, we recommend booking in advance.

• Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, depending on the activity.

• You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule without any extra cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3. Changes and Rescheduling

• In case of bad weather or circumstances beyond our control, SÜNDAZE reserves the right to reschedule the activity or offer a credit for a future date.

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

4. Participation in Activities

• All of our experiences are beginner-friendly and designed to be fun and stress-free.

• We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

• Any intentional damage to materials, furniture, or the space must be covered by the participant.

5. Responsibility

• By joining any activity, you agree to participate at your own risk.

• SÜNDAZE is not responsible for accidents, personal loss, or damages during your time at our space.

• Please take care of your personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or forgotten items.

6. Use of Photos and Videos

• We may take photos or videos during activities for promotional purposes on our website or social media.

• By participating, you consent to appearing in this content. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know before we start.

7. Behavior Policy

• SÜNDAZE is a chill, inclusive and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask anyone to leave if their behavior affects the experience of others.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the space.
